Samantha is an excellent realtor. She uses making marketing strategies to sell. She listed our house and 4 days later we had an ABOVE list price offer! She is an exceptional communicator and was always very easy to contact. We highly recommend Samantha, if you want a realtor who is in touch with the market. Many realtors will over price your property just to make extra money on their commission and this is totally unrealistic in today’s market.
